Governing global content

Dell Technologies

Keeping Dell's automated content ecosystem running 24/7

Overview

Dell Technologies has built a global Marketing & Communications organization that requires 24/7/365 access to digital assets that meet Legal and Brand guidelines. The job of curating and managing those assets falls to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) team.

I joined this team as a graduate intern to help them maintain brand consistency, decrease legal exposure to copyright violations, ensure seamless content automation, and help global end users make the most of the Dell DAM system.

  • User Acceptance Training (UAT) for new releases of the DAM

  • Secondary research into performance testing and analytics
  • Secondary research into the effectiveness smart tagging functionality
  • Small amount of UX research
